1. Service Engagement

• All projects are initiated after written confirmation via email or digital agreement.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any service request based on scope, timeline, or availability.
• Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and approvals.

2. Payment Terms

• Projects may require an upfront payment (usually 50%) to begin work.
• Invoices must be paid within the timeline mentioned (usually 7 or 15 days).
• Late payments may result in service delays or project suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

• Qubenix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Client owns all final deliverables after full payment.
• We do not claim ownership of third-party assets provided by the client (e.g., images, content).

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

• Standard projects include a defined number of revisions (typically 2-3).
• Any major change in scope, functionality, or content after project approval will be billed separately.

5. Confidentiality

• We respect your confidentiality and agree not to disclose sensitive project or business data.
• We may sign NDAs if required for projects involving proprietary IP or systems.

6. Project Timelines

• Timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness and project complexity.
• Delays caused by lack of input or approvals may extend delivery dates.

7. Technical Support

• Basic support (bug fixes, minor updates) is provided for up to 30 days post-launch.
• Long-term support or maintenance contracts are available at additional cost.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Clients may cancel before project execution; in such cases, partial refunds may be issued based on work done.
• No refunds will be issued once the project is delivered or if delay is caused by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Qubenix is not liable for data loss, technical issues, or business losses due to software faults unless under a signed SLA.
• We ensure best practices but do not guarantee specific traffic, leads, or sales unless contractually agreed.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
• We encourage resolution through mutual communication and documented mediation.
